Over the last couple of years my sleeping pattern has became very irregular, I constantly wake in the night for no apparent reason which is very frustrating and leaves me feeling exhausted in the morning. Couple that with a dose of sleep paralysis at least once a week it’s really starting to effect my day to day life.
I’m fed up with feeling like a zombie most days so I have decided to do something about it, starting with a hypnosis recording that I listen to every night once in bed.
Stress Relief Hypnosis by Mark Bowden
The recording I use is by Mark Bowden, he’s a fully qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. Mark says…
“the brain is the most powerful thing that you will ever own and hypnosis is the most effective tool that I have ever come across to positively effect it”
Mark has a large selection of hypnosis recordings on his website. I personally went for the stress relief one as I feel this is the main culprit for my sleepless nights. It currently costs £9.99 which I feel is very reasonable. Other recordings include anxiety, pain management, weight loss and phobias.
- Leaves you feeling relaxed and at peace with each session
- Gives you the ability to remain calm when stressful symptoms arise
- Eases physical symptoms caused by stress
- Reprograms your mind to eliminate worries that add to your stress
- Decreases your chances of developing serious stress-related medical problem
My Thoughts on the Hypnosis Recording
So far I have been using the recording every night for 2 weeks and I’ve seen dramatic improvement in my sleeping habits. The first night I used it I feel asleep before it had even finished (it’s an hour long recording) which is unheard of for me as it normally takes me at least 2 hours to get to sleep. Curse my overactive brain!
You don’t just have to listen to the recordings at bedtime as they also include a daytime sessions, I personally don’t use this one as I never get the time in the day.
After purchasing my recordings I downloaded them to my laptop as that was the most convenient way for me to listen to them however there is a handy app that you can download on your phone. There is also the option to purchase the recordings as a cd for an additional charge.
