All you need is water and organic brown rice. To use the water, soak a cotton pad in it (a reusable cotton pad is best) and massage it into your makeup-free skin – you can use organic raw coconut oil as a makeup remover.

To benefit from all its properties, apply a homemade vitamin C serum to your skin every night. Mix two pure vitamin C capsules with two pure vitamin E capsules, one tablespoon of aloe vera gel and five tablespoons of rose water. Put the mix into a small container and keep it in a cool place.
Because it’s a 100% natural serum, it will only last five days, so make sure you use it within that time frame.
Avocado Coconut Body Oil
Don’t forget to pamper your body skin too. As mentioned before, avocado has tremendous benefits for the skin, but if you combine it with coconut oil, those properties are tripled. Organic raw coconut oil also has anti-ageing properties. It promotes collagen production by penetrating deep into the skin.
For the perfect body oil, combine a quarter part virgin coconut oil with a quarter part avocado oil and a quarter part of sweet almond oil.
