‘We are an Australian company with an entire range of natural and gentle products that are made with effective ingredients and no gimmicks’.
Although it says they are an Australian company they now have offices here in the UK. Over the last 16 weeks I have been using their natural shampoo and conditioner. I have been recording the results over that time with photos.
What I Like About MooGoo Shampoo & Conditioner
- It’s scalp friendly and has stopped the itching on my scalp
- It contains natural ingredients
- My hair feels and looks healthier
- My hair is less frizzy
- It smells ‘naturally’ nice
- One bottle lasts a long time*
- You can recycle the bottles
The cost of the products can seem a little high at first glance. The shampoo alone is £11.90 and so is the conditioner. That’s a total of £23.80 for hair care products! Now normally that is way more than I would be prepared to spend on shampoo but so far one bottle of each has lasted me 16 weeks and still going strong so when you split that cost over that time frame it doesn’t seem as bad. *Please note here that I wash my hair about every 3 days so obviously it wouldn’t last as long for someone that washes everyday although I do have very long hair so I do have to use quite a lot each time.
It can take a while for your hair to get use to natural shampoos so you need to give it a chance to work. They also don’t foam up like regular shampoos as they don’t contain all the nasty chemicals that make it do that. Once you’ve got your head around this you’ll be fine.
The smell will be different to regular shampoos, it won’t smell of luscious rain forest with a hint of goji berry but it will have a more natural smell with a hint of coconut which I personally think is lovely.
Would I Continue to use this Product?
